Principal and Lead Architectural Designer Mr. Paca sets the firm standard for elegant and rational design solutions. He has over 18 years of broad based experience that includes corporate offices, academic buildings and retail/restaurant prototyping. His beautiful and functional solutions are the result of a client focused design process that consistently delivers visually stunning resolutions to image critical challenges.

Consistent with his architectural design skills Mr. Paca also excels in graphic communication. He is able to nimbly combine the most advanced and precise 3-d computer modeling with loose and schematic free hand drawing to clearly present full and complete design ideas that are easily understood by all. He has a passion for both the power of the newest technologies and the beauty of the human hand. As a firm leader in our structured design process he constantly pursues the critical need for balancing the designer’s vision with the appropriate presentation techniques.

He is sharing and giving both professionally and in his community. Within the firm he is a leader in learning and sharing the latest technologies. Within his community he is an activist for a safer and stronger neighborhood. While within his condominium community he volunteers design and building maintenance expertise.
