Mr. Doyle brings over 30 years' experience in various aspects commercial / industrial real estate to the firm. He was involved in site selection, development and marketing for the SDK Chicago area portfolio of properties, which consisted of over 2.5 million s.f. of industrial, office and flex product built by the venture. As a real estate professional, he was involved in transactions valued over $220 million. Prior to joining CDN, Mr. Doyle was vice-president of business development for a Chicago based commercial / industrial general contractor, where his efforts resulted in a fourfold increase in revenue within 24 months.

Tom is a graduate of Fenwick High School and earned a B.A. from Loyola University Chicago.
